Duckies Class
All duckies aboard! Our duckies are quack-tastic and ready to learn! As your child joins our classroom, not only will parents see change in their child's height but also change in their self-help skills and independence. In adjunction to learning our numbers, letters, shapes and colors, we also work hard to teach maners and essential self-help skills necessary for kindergarten (i.e. eating independently, dressing ourselves and potty training).
Art music, movement, sensory explorations, circle time, story time and outside time are just some of the activities your child will become engaged in while in our ducky room! We encourage parent involvement and enjoy when parents work with us to help their children succeed. We look forward to working with your children!
Bumble Bees Class
Welcome to our 2 1/2 - 3 year-old toddlers classroom. Each day in our classroom, we explore many wonderful things. We work on learning our colors, numbers, letters and shapes but also work on manners, sharing, being a good friend and emergent social skills. Self-help skills such as toileting, dressing and feeding ourselves, hand washing and cleaning up after our messes all become part of our daily routine.
All of these tasks cannot be done alone; therefore, we ask that our parents work with us at home to help our little ones achieve their goals before moving on to preschool. We look forward to working with you and your child!
